Pricing

Flat fee of $10.00 for delivery nationwide by New Zealand Couriers.

FREE delivery for all orders of $200 or more

Please note: At this time we only deliver to destinations within New Zealand.

Quick Delivery

Our aim is to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, but always within 3 working days of receipt of payment. In the unlikely event that this timeframe cannot be kept, we will advise you within 24 hours and offer a full refund should you wish.

Keeping You Informed

When your order has been placed you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of completion. This email will contain your order number and order details. When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive another email to let you know and this will contain the courier details so you can track the status of your package by phone or online.

Delivery Method

Your order will be delivered to your door via New Zealand Couriers. For your safety and security, all deliveries must be delivered to an address rather than a PO Box.

Packaging

Please be aware that not all items come in their own individual presentation box. However, in cases where there is no box we will always ensure that your purchase is well packaged and protected so you will receive it in pristine condition.
